Terms of Service

Who can use QFLOO

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. If you use QFLOO for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it, sell access or let others use it.
• One device is active at a time. Signing in on a second device asks you to sign out the first. Do not try to get around this.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Courses, plans and payments

• Free lessons are free. Paid plans give access to the courses we publish, as we publish them. A course page shows its true status: some courses are written, some are outlines, and some are planned.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. The final price, including any taxes, shows before you pay. The billing period of each plan (one payment, monthly, every three months, or yearly) is shown at checkout.
• Lifetime access lasts for as long as QFLOO operates the platform.
• All sales are final. Plans are not refundable. The Refund and cancellation policy explains this, and what we correct if we or the payment provider make a billing mistake.

What you can do with the content

The lessons, text, diagrams, calculators and course materials belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them to learn.

Lab and example code that comes with a lesson may be used for your own learning and projects unless a file says otherwise.

What you must not do

• Copy, republish, resell or share course content or paid lessons.
• Use automated tools to scrape the site, or use the content to train or fine-tune an AI model without our written permission.
• Attack, overload, probe or try to break the service, or access data that is not yours.
• Break the law, or use the site to harm others.

Refunds and cancellation

All sales are final and plans are not refundable. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Read the Refund and cancellation policy at /refunds for the details, including how we correct billing mistakes.

Your work

The code and answers you write belong to you. When you submit lab results or project work, you let us store and process them to score them, show your progress and run the service.

No guarantees about outcomes

QFLOO teaches knowledge and practice. It does not promise a job, a promotion or a level at any company. Company and product names on the site belong to their owners, and QFLOO is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Lessons are written with sources and verified on the date shown, but technology changes. Check anything important against current official documentation before you rely on it.

The service

We work to keep the site running and the content accurate, but we provide it "as is". We may change, add or remove courses and features, and we may be unavailable at times.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, QFLOO AI PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Ending your account

You can stop using QFLOO at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where that is reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you by email or on the site before they apply to you. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
