Plans are not refundable. Please try the free lessons before you buy.

Try before you buy

There are several free lessons in every course. They stay free, with or without a plan.

Nothing to cancel

Nothing renews automatically. Each plan is a single payment, either for a set period or for lifetime. When a period ends, access ends and we do not charge you again.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by PayU. Card and bank details are entered on their page and are never stored by us.

This is a digital service, so nothing is shipped. Access starts right after your payment is confirmed.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged more than once for the same plan, or you paid and access was not granted, write to raju@qfloo.com. We will correct it, including refunding the extra or failed charge.

This applies only to a mistake by us or by the payment provider.

Invoices

Every paid order has an invoice. Sign in, open the Billing page and download it from there.
